Raiffeisen financing worth over €28.7 million for Teiuș Photovoltaic Park in Alba County

With an installed capacity of 60.2 MW, the park adds green energy to the national grid and marks a new step in Romania's energy transition.

Raiffeisen Bank Romania and Raiffeisen Bank International are financing the development of the photovoltaic park in Teiuș, Alba County, with over €28.7 million. The park was inaugurated at the end of April. 

The investment loan is supported in equal proportions by the two financial institutions and covers 60% of the development costs of the photovoltaic park, with the total value of the project being approximately €55 million. This investment was also supported by non-reimbursable funds worth €15 million from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), Green Energy component. 

In addition, Raiffeisen Bank Romania and Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) are providing a package worth €3.8 million, which includes VAT financing for investments and other products dedicated to supporting the Teiuș project.
